Carpentry

Carpentry is a craft in which we excel. It’s where our passion lies. In our professional workshop, our carpenters create the most beautiful pieces from all types of wood.

Our craftsmen have access to state-of-the-art machinery, such as CNC milling and saw machines. The latest CNC technology is used to create detailed cuts and shapes that would be impossible with traditional techniques. These machines are always overseen by the skilled hands of the craftsman, who uses his experience and knowledge to ensure a perfect final result.

They combine traditional craftsmanship with the latest smart technology. This allows them to create custom furniture, kitchens, large set pieces, and unique display elements. Nothing is too challenging for our specialists. They can bring to life both small, intricate designs and large-scale, robust structures with the utmost precision. When a project is challenging, that’s when they truly thrive.

Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond using certified wood. We reuse materials wherever possible and assess each project to minimize its environmental impact. Additionally, we separate our leftover wood through the smart Wood Loop program.

Everything is built with a lot of care and love for the material. We love working with wood, and that passion is reflected in the final results: stable, durable, and with attention to detail.

Examples of projects where carpentry played a significant role include:

Playhood
The Baskets container
The Volvo Ocean Race boats
The Panduloria set
The McDonald’s mini-restaurant
The Famous Grouse mancave
Calvin Klein displays
Tommy Hilfiger displays
The AHAM office
The Van Stapele project
And many other unique interior and set projects that showcase the craftsmanship of our carpenters.

Decoration, painting and upholster

Decoration is in our DNA. In 1996, we started building sets and props. Primarily for major film productions and well-known Dutch series like Flodder, Amsterdamned, and Het Schaep met de 5 Pooten. Decoration has always been an essential element of set building, and it’s where our distinctive strength lies.

Our years of experience are evident in the final results of our current projects. We decorate with a keen eye for detail and a unique finish. Ensuring our work not only meets but often exceeds client expectations — all while staying within the agreed deadlines.

Projects we’re proud of include several commercials, the Gisou shell, the McDonald’s Good Times island and For You mini-restaurant, the Panduloria set, the Erik of het klein insectenboek, IDFA and several projects for Tommy Hilfiger and CK.

Painting and upholstery play a crucial role in our decoration work. From protective coatings for custom-made furniture and display elements, to decorative paint finishes for set pieces. We handle it all in our fully equipped workshop. We also specialize in plaster and upholstery work for settings like hospitality venues.

In addition to our extensive in-house expertise, we collaborate with top-tier suppliers and partners. This ensures we consistently deliver the promised quality — always on time.

Signage

We offer a full range of stickers and printed materials for your project. But our work doesn’t stop at simply providing the right stickers.

Our strength lies in taking the stress out of the process through project management and years of experience. The big advantage with us is having a single point of contact for all your sticker-related needs. We like to combine print tasks with other construction and installation work within a project. So, you won’t need to hire multiple specialists or companies—you’ll keep working with the same contact person. Whether you have just a sketch or a print-ready file, we can assist you.

Is printing a part of your project? No problem. We’ll handle it completely, allowing you to focus on the bigger picture and the overall progress of your project.

Not only do we ensure that materials are delivered under tight deadlines both locally and internationally, but we also excel at applying printed materials. Applying stickers is a skill that not everyone possesses. It has to be done right the first time, often under time pressure and on-site. That’s where our experienced sticker specialists come in. We thrive on these challenges, ensuring everything is done perfectly.

Our portfolio includes many major retail brands and various projects. We have successfully produced and installed printed materials for brands like adidas, De Bijenkorf, Cartier, and Karl Lagerfeld—often under tight deadlines and in locations both at home and abroad.

Is your team handling the application themselves? No problem. We provide detailed instructions and materials to ensure the best possible result. We also think critically about all factors that can impact the outcome, such as sticker material, surface type, application method, tools, and post-application treatment.

Electronics

Electronics have become an essential part of our daily lives, and this is reflected in the projects we undertake for our clients. That’s why we have a fully equipped electronics workshop with skilled electricians and professional tools. They are ready to integrate the necessary electronic components into all our projects—whether it’s lighting, control systems, or motion technology. Our electricians can handle it all.

In practice, we work extensively with LED lighting. We’ve created light installations for brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Cartier, Karl Lagerfeld and Baskets. These installations add an extra dimension to our designs, delivering a sleek and stylish finish, as we always ensure a seamless integration. LED lighting has the power to transform any space, creating a unique atmosphere. With attention to detail and a passion for technology, our electricians bring every installation to life.

We also ensure that our installations are sustainable and energy-efficient, contributing to a greener environment. Whether it’s for a high-end boutique or an innovative office space, we provide custom solutions that blend aesthetics and functionality.

Our electricians stay up to date with the latest developments in electronics, ensuring we always offer the most advanced and reliable technology. Working closely with our projectmanagers, we ensure that every solution aligns with our clients’ needs. This allows us to deliver custom, smart solutions. In short, our electronics workshop guarantees quality, innovation, and craftsmanship.

Milling work

Milling is a true craft. Our milling work is carried out on professional CNC milling machines. We have two different machines at our disposal: the Biesse Rover A 3-axis and the Biesse Rover B 5-axis.

The difference between 3-axis and 5-axis milling lies in the degree of freedom of movement and the complexity of the operations. 3-axis milling operates in three directions (X, Y, Z) and is ideal for simple to moderately complex parts that are machined from above. This type of milling is perfect for basic shapes, holes, slots, and flat surfaces.

With 5-axis milling, the machine can also rotate around two additional axes (A and B). Enabling the creation of intricate 3D shapes in a single pass, without needing to reposition the material. This allows for greater precision and faster production times. This technique is essential for creating highly complex parts with sharp details, such as precise interior and decorative pieces, or, of course, creative retail elements.

The setup, programming and quality control are all handled by our skilled CNC operators in the workshop, based on detailed technical drawings. The machine operators and technical draftsmen work together to ensure that the machine seamlessly produces what is on paper—a true team effort.

We specialize in milling with various materials, including wood, plastic, and foam types. From large-scale milling projects to smaller tasks, our specialists and machines can handle it all!
