We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to elevate our interior team to the next level. The ideal candidate has a strong network within the interior design industry and knows how to leverage it effectively to attract new clients and partnerships. Are you up for this challenge?

The Set Company has been around for nearly 30 years, and we’re proud of that. We started in the world of set construction, gaining valuable experience along the way. Since then, we’ve grown into a dynamic player in the interior, retail, and set design industries. With a team of 50 specialists working in our professional workshop and office, we enthusiastically take on all our interior projects.
We combine traditional craftsmanship with advanced modern machinery. Whether it’s an office interior in Amsterdam or a retail build-out far beyond, our team is ready to bring every architect’s creative idea to life. Over the years, we’ve gained a wealth of experience with a diverse range of clients, projects, and materials, including Cartier, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, HH Global, Karl Lagerfeld, AHAM Vastgoed, 3WO and many more. In every project, we aim to offer seamless support to our clients, from concept to full production and post-project services, both locally and internationally.
Key responsibilities & expectations
- Actively maintain and expand relationships with architects, designers, and suppliers.
- Identify and seize opportunities in the interior market, with a focus on exclusive and sustainable projects.
- Represent The Set Company at trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to increase the visibility of our interior division.
- Proactively acquire new projects and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the interior division by sharing market insights and translating them into concrete actions.
Required experience & skills
- At least 5 years of experience in the interior design industry.
- Strong commercial skills and a proven track record in generating new business.
- A well-established professional network within the interior market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a results-driven approach.
- A valid driver’s license (Category B).
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
- Availability of 32-40 hours per week.

- Energetic and goal-oriented.
- A natural networker with charm and persuasiveness.
- Affinity with quality, design, and sustainability.
