With a team of 50 specialists in our workshop and office, we passionately and skillfully deliver interior projects for retail and hospitality.
We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technologies. From innovative store concepts to unique brand activations, our team brings every idea to life. We collaborate with clients such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Cartier, Karl Lagerfeld, baskets, De Bijenkorf, various creative agencies, and many more. Our goal? To always offer the best solution, from concept to production.
Our Ideal Candidate
You are a creative designer with a strong technical foundation. You possess extensive knowledge of materials and production techniques, and you know how to apply them effectively to realize challenging retail projects. As a critical partner for our clients, you are capable of translating their needs into practical and innovative designs. Additionally, you work closely with our production team to ensure that your designs seamlessly transition into a technically flawless final product.
Expectations
Here’s what we specifically expect from you:
- You design creative and technical solutions for retail projects.
- You have in-depth knowledge of materials and various production techniques.
- You are a critical and constructive conversation partner for both clients and colleagues.
- You translate client wishes into executable designs and oversee their realization.
- You work closely with the production department to ensure that your designs are both practical and achievable.
- You have a keen eye for detail and strive for perfection in every project.
Requirements for this role
- A degree in a technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Availability of 32-40 hours per week.
- Driver’s license (B).
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
